Senior Scientific Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drug Discovery Expert to join our team at SRG. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the field of drug discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage drug discovery projects from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company strategy and goals
- Develop and maintain expertise in quantitative pharmacology, systems biology, and pharmacometrics
- Presentation and publication of research findings in leading scientific journals
Requirements:
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Drug Metabolism
- Proven experience in drug discovery with a strong track record of delivering results
- Expertise in MATLAB, SimCYP, WinNonLin/Phoenix NLME
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Salary: Up to £76k per annum depending on skills and experience.
