About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analysis Lead to join our team at ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited. As a Senior Data Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of next-generation data analysis approaches, designing and implementing new algorithms for evaluating imaging and numerical data from scientific instrumentation for commercial use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of commercial-grade algorithms for filtering and analyzing numeric data and 2D imaging.
  • Collaborate with scientists and software developers to create and evaluate algorithms using statistical, probabilistic, and AI/machine learning approaches.
  • Work in a cross-discipline environment, communicating technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide team leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A good bachelor's or higher degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant expertise in developing commercial-grade algorithms, ideally in a life science context.
  • Good technical communication skills and experience working in a cross-discipline environment.
  • Team leadership experience, particularly leading a small analytical team in a scientific context.
