Senior Statistics Expert Wanted at Lightcast Discovery Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Expert to join our team at Lightcast Discovery Limited. As a key member of our biology team, you will work closely with us to advance analysis capabilities in imaging, flow cytometry, automation, and statistics.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly to a range of stakeholders. You will design, optimize, and analyze data from cell-based assays, including imaging and flow cytometry data, to identify hits and measure assay performance.

In addition, you will partner with cross-functional research teams to develop and validate new instrument applications, provide input into robust experimental design, interrogate data to support interpretation, and effectively communicate data-driven results in project meetings.

Requirements for this role include an advanced degree in biological sciences or a relevant field, a proven track record of developing and applying complex analysis methods to support scientific interpretation of large cell-based screening data sets, including high content imaging and flow cytometry, and understanding of drug discovery and experience with analysis of data sets from high to medium throughput cell-based screens.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
