Job Title: Senior Biostatistics Lead

About the Role:
The Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly experienced Principal Biostatistician to guide project teams, oversee statistical analyses, and contribute to clinical development projects. As a senior leader in biostatistics, you will be responsible for leading statisticians on projects, conducting meetings, managing timelines, and assessing resource needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring SOPs are followed and documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collaborate on database maintenance and analysis structure.
  • Design statistical analysis plans, including sample size calculations and efficacy-focused tables.
  • Guide and mentor junior statisticians, reviewing and validating their work.
  • Interact with project sponsors on study progress and statistical elements.
  • Prepare, review, and contribute to statistical reports, ensuring consistency and completeness.

Requirements:
  • MS/MA in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field, with a minimum of two years' relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming and database structures.
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and/or team members.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
