Job Opportunity:


We are seeking a skilled Principal Biostatistician for a contract position with one of our key clients, a leading contract research organisation dedicated to improving patient health and advancing medical research.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead project teams, oversee statistical analyses, and contribute to clinical development projects
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring SOPs are followed and documentation is up-to-date
  • Collaborate with programmers and data managers on database maintenance and analysis structure
  • Design statistical analysis plans, including sample size calculations, randomisation schemes, and efficacy-focused tables
  • Guide and mentor junior statisticians, reviewing and validating their work
  • Interact with project sponsors on study progress, statistical elements, and communicate changes in project scope
  • Prepare, review, and contribute to statistical reports, ensuring consistency and completeness

Requirements:



  • MS/MA in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field, with a minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming and database structures
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and/or team members
