To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering significant and positive business outcomes using major methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.">
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience of developing and managing high-performing teams.">
  • Strong financial acumen, with a good understanding of P&L/balance sheets and prioritisation in complex situations.">
