Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate Project Management team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex real estate projects, ensuring client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of complex real estate projects.
  • Act as the main client interface, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Provide strategic advice at the project conception stage.


Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
  • 1-5 years experience managing real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional membership desirable (RICS, PMI, CIOB).


The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
