About the Job:

This exciting opportunity is to lead multiple healthcare projects simultaneously as a Senior Project Lead in our Construction Management team. With an annual turnover exceeding £1 billion, you will be part of a well-respected organisation that offers competitive salaries and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Manage multiple healthcare projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop project strategic programmes and monitor progress against set objectives.
  3. Coordinate quality control, benchmarking, and liaison with construction supervisors and neighbouring building owners.
  4. Review contractor method statements and risk assessments, agreeing on short-term programmes and assessing monthly payment applications.
  5. Ensure full understanding of all contractors' scopes and provide input information to electronic document management systems.
  6. Support the commercial manager/quantity surveyor with project information and manage commercial aspects of the project.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 + car allowance + travel allowance + pension + healthcare and bonuses.
