Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple healthcare projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet project objectives.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and monitor progress against set objectives.
  4. Coordinate quality control, benchmarking, and liaison with construction supervisors and neighbouring building owners.
  5. Assess contractors' performance and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

">
  • Proven experience in senior project management roles, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project scenarios.
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project and Asana.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
