About Fawkes & Reece London
Our company is a leading main contractor delivering exceptional projects across Commercial, Residential and Student Accommodation sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team.

Fawkes & Reece London offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme matched up to 6%, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and rising to 30 days after 8 years' service, private healthcare cover and life assurance up to 4 times basic salary.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for customers, key partners and suppliers at bid and delivery stages.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working on residential construction projects, specifically projects over £40 million. A degree or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline is also required. Additionally, you should have previous experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work.
