About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Designer to join our team in Cambridge or London. As a key member of our Creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative digital materials for clients in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Figma is also desirable. You will work closely with project managers and other designers to deliver high-quality projects within tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a discretionary profit share bonus, flexible working arrangements, and comprehensive travel insurance.

Please note that this role is available in our Global Headquarters in Cambridge, as well as our London office, which will be relocating to a new space in December 2024. We also have offices in Manchester and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing digital materials for clients in the healthcare sector
  • Collaborating with project managers and other designers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivering projects within budget and deadline

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification in a design-related discipline
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an agency or commercial setting
  • Technical knowledge of email/web/application development, including practical experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with UI/UX design for a wide range of digital channels
  • Good working knowledge of Figma or a strong desire to learn
