About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ongoing professional development and training in construction management practices and industry regulations.
