Construction Project Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to join our team at CV Library. This is a fantastic chance to work on various Commercial Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties. As a Construction Project Lead, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage site logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement robust health and safety protocols on-site.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the supply chain to prevent disruptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with design teams to deliver successful projects.
- Regularly review project progress and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors to guarantee timely completion and high-quality results.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest standards, adhering to company policies and client expectations.
- A degree in construction or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Extensive knowledge of the construction lifecycle, particularly in commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
- Able to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Trade background is a plus.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per year, based on experience.
