About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee multiple construction projects, providing oversight and management of infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects that support operations at onsite client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by providing technical advice and guidance on construction projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements
- Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government
- Represent clients in meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with construction management
- 5+ years of experience with developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields
- 2+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
- Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
- Knowledge of DoD facilities' construction regulations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course Certification
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 per year, depending on location and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development opportunities, and more.
Work Model
This role may be performed remotely or in person, depending on the needs of the client and the company. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being connected to your colleagues and clients through virtual collaboration tools.
