**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a Company Car or Car Allowance and Private Health Care Cover with Life Assurance up to 4 times your basic salary.

**Job Description:** As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation and closure of monthly invoices, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Learning how to conduct project financial forecasts.
  • Becoming the go-to person for contractual, commercial, and regulatory procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you must hold 4 GCSEs grade 4 or above (previously 5 GCSEs A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent. You will also have access to extensive learning and development opportunities through our Early Careers Development Programme.
