Residential Site Operations Lead

Bellway plc seeks a skilled Legacy Site Manager to join the Eastern Counties Division's Construction team. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with a focus on safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and provide clear direction to site staff.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures.
- Motivate and support site staff to achieve high-quality results.
- Ensure accurate production returns and maintain site records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager, a valid SMSTS certificate, and GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above). Proficient IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.

We offer a competitive annual bonus, contributory pension scheme, access to discounts and benefits portal, and ShareSave Scheme. The estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
