Legacy Site Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and provide clear direction to site staff.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures.
  • Motivate and support site staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Ensure accurate production returns and maintain site records.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager, a valid SMSTS certificate, and GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above). Proficient IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.

Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive annual bonus, contributory pension scheme, access to discounts and benefits portal, and ShareSave Scheme. The estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
