Residential Project Management Role | Cambridge

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + benefits

Our client, a well-established housebuilder based in Cambridge, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential projects and will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new build residential scheme comprising over 100 units.

The project involves working on a large-scale RC frame development, which presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to demonstrate their skills and expertise. In this role, you will work closely with site teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project, while maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety and quality control.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead site teams. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are also required. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis.
