About the Job

An award-winning housebuilder in Cambridge requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and project aspects of new residential developments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent all-round commercial skills and extensive experience working for a reputable housebuilder.

  • The successful candidate must have a Degree in a relevant field
  • They should have significant experience working with a housebuilder or similar construction company
  • New build residential projects are essential for this role
  • They must be able to commute daily to Cambridge
  • A full UK Driving Licence is also necessary

The salary for this position ranges from £55,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance / package.
