Key Accountabilities:
- Managing the financial aspects of planned maintenance programmes for residential dwellings, working closely with the team to ensure successful delivery.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, and taking ownership of project finances.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in the residential construction sector, preferably with a background in asset management/maintenance contracts.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction/building technologies and methods.
- Relevant certification and proven track record in cost management and asset management.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000, commensurate with experience.
