Our client is seeking a skilled Finishing Manager to lead the fit-out works on a large residential development in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in RC framed residential buildings, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines.
Job Description:
- Manage fit-out works, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Coordinate and manage MEP installations and various finishing trades.
- Supervise trades including flooring, joinery, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 - £68,000.
