Highway Construction Supervisor

Carnell is a leading UK-based construction company looking for an experienced Highway Construction Supervisor to join their team.

Working primarily in National Highways Area 14, this role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, to budget, and to the required standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site works, ensuring the safety and well-being of Carnell employees and agency labourers, and upholding the highest standards of quality and environmental management.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in highway construction
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and principal contractor duties
  • Familiarity with National Highways specifications
  • Ability to conduct ITP quality checks
  • CSCS supervisor card
  • SMSTS certification
  • CAT & Genny training
  • First aid certification
