Pavement Engineer Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of pavement renewal schemes. You will manage the activities and resources involved in identifying and developing early solutions for pavement assets, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate works across the region.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with expertise in asset management and highway infrastructure design.
  • Strong knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards and their application on the highway network.
  • Experience in highway infrastructure design, construction, and delivery methods.

Salary and Benefits: £44,260 - £49,630 per annum, plus flexible hybrid working, contributory pension scheme, annual leave starting at 26 days (plus Bank Holidays), life assurance, health and wellbeing support, and a cycle to work scheme.
