Site Manager Position in Residential Construction

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well-respected Main Contractor to find an Internal Manager for their new build residential project in Cambridge.

This is an opportunity to work on a large RC frame consisting of 147 units, focusing on one tower while collaborating with other fit-out managers. The successful candidate will take 18 units from first fix through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. H&S Management
  2. Review and approve RAMS
  3. Snagging/De-Snagging
  4. Monitor works for RAMS/Safety Management adherence

The ideal candidate should have a sound working knowledge of relevant site activities and proven experience in supervising site activities or similar. Additionally, they should hold appropriate CSCS and SMSTS certifications, as well as First Aid at Work certification and basic IT skills.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum is available for this role, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals looking to advance their careers in residential construction.
