Residential Therapist Lead

We are looking for an experienced Residential Therapist Lead to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our therapy team, you will provide expert therapeutic support to children with complex needs.
Your main responsibilities will include delivering individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and supervising junior therapists. You will work closely with our Clinical Lead and Associate Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and families.
This role involves remote work with occasional travel to our residential homes in various locations across the Cambridge area. We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including mileage allowance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, Educational, and Forensic)
- Proven experience working with children in a residential or educational setting
The estimated salary for this position is up to £63,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
