Job Title: Residential Sector Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project lead to join our team in Cambridge. As a Senior Employer's Agent, you will be responsible for leading projects between £5m and £15m within the Residential sector from feasibility through to project handover.

The successful candidate will have excellent client-facing skills and the ability to lead and manage meetings. MRICS Chartership is desirable but not essential. Our ideal candidate has previously held a similar position on projects over £5m with experience of JCT contracts including Design and Build.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55k-£60k+ basic plus a benefits package. The company is a boutique consultancy with an excellent reputation across the East of England and London working in key sectors such as Healthcare, Residential, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-contract tenders and cost planning
  • Contract administration across JCT contracts
  • Leading projects from feasibility to handover
