Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge as a Residential Development Manager? We have an excellent opportunity with Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited in Cambridge.

In partnership with a boutique consultancy, we specialize in key sectors such as Healthcare, Residential, and Commercial, offering a unique blend of experience and expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects worth £5m-£15m+ within the Residential sector, from feasibility through to project completion.

You will undertake full employer's agent duties, including pre-contract tenders, cost planning, and contract administration across JCT contracts, including Design and Build.

This role requires autonomous project management and exceptional communication skills to work closely with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects worth £5m-£15m+ within the Residential sector.
  • Undertake full employer's agent duties, including pre-contract tenders, cost planning, and contract administration.
  • Manage projects autonomously and work closely with clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Employer's Agent or Quantity Surveyor on projects over £5m.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to lead and manage meetings.
  • MRICS Chartership desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant qualifications, including BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or Building Surveying.

Salary: Approximately £57,500 - £62,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a structured bonus scheme.
