Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Portfolio Manager to join our client-side team. As a key member of our property management company, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and rental income.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties to maintain high standards and ensure maximum occupancy and rental income.
  • Oversee end-to-end tenancy management, including meeting prospective tenants, handling applications, and managing check-ins and check-outs.
  • Address tenant-reported issues promptly, liaise with the in-house maintenance team, and arrange necessary works.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, conduct routine inspections, and keep accurate records.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to queries and complaints in line with our customer charter.
  • Work closely with finance and credit control teams to meet budget targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in managing residential properties and a solid understanding of property legislation.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
