At PragmatIC Semiconductor, we are seeking an experienced Patent Portfolio Manager to join our in-house Patents & Trade Marks team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal and tech environment, providing efficient support services to the company's IP management.

Job Description
  • Day-to-day administration of international patents and trade mark portfolios using in-house IP management software.
  • Docketing and monitoring of legal and internal deadlines.
  • Help evolve systems and processes within the Patents & Trade Marks department to ensure scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
  • Collect official fees, service charges, and time charges relating to individual cases.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience as an IP Administrator within a Patents department, with high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to see problems or inefficiencies in existing ways of working and propose improvements.
