Job Title: Intellectual Property Administrator Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our PragmatIC Semiconductor team as an Intellectual Property Administrator Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our administrative support efforts, ensuring the efficient management of our international patent portfolios.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and career development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic and innovative company like PragmatIC Semiconductor.

About the Role:
  • You will lead a team of administrators in managing our international patent portfolios, using our in-house IP management software.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective systems and processes within the Patents & Trade Marks department.
  • Additionally, you will assist with training and development of junior staff members.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience as an IP Administrator within a Patents department. You should have strong leadership skills, as well as high attention to detail and accuracy. If you are able to motivate and develop a team, we would love to hear from you
