About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Services Administrator to join our team. As a Property Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer queries and issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a property services or facilities management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
