Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties across various brands, building relationships with internal colleagues and customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance, liaising with tradespeople and contractors, and keeping customers informed.
  • Organizing safety inspections and managing remedial works.
  • Liaising with landlords following regular property visits.
  • Assisting customers with general tenancy queries.
  • Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
  • Providing a first-class service to maximize customer retention.
  • Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and confident communication.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical ability.
  • Good team player.
