Experienced Lettings Property Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our Cambridge-based Residential Property Management team. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our Cambridge branch, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve set targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer the management of let residential properties, including efficient and correct handling of problems arising during the tenancy, managing any repairs, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs as necessary.
  • Conduct quarterly inspections of all properties, advising Landlords of any changes or issues arising, and promptly notifying tenants of any areas where action is required.
  • Liaise with all parties to negotiate a speedy and satisfactory conclusion and return of the tenants' deposit during check-outs.
  • Manage the relationship with the landlord, including reporting maintenance and accounts matters, and identifying and recommending need for property upgrades and refurbishment.
  • Update records and maximise the use of our CRM system (REAPIT) to ensure all property and tenant details are up-to-date.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of properties, along with knowledge of the property industry.
  • Professional manner and excellent customer service skills at all times.
  • Strong administrator with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication, and fine attention to detail.
