About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Lister to join our team at Spicerhaart in Cambridge. As a Property Lister, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new business and repeat sales
  • Focus on marketing properties to buyers, utilizing various marketing skills and strategies
  • Complete contracts on properties, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property, including photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area, door knocking, and leaflet dropping to promote properties
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with strong attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
