We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic team at Abbotts in Cambridge. As a key member of our residential sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements:
  • Estate Agency experience, preferably in a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Valuations Manager role
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license holder
