Job Title: Graduate Property Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Property Development Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Graduate Property Development Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the development process from inception to completion.

About the Role

This is a site-based, full-time, and permanent position with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000. Own transport is essential, and you will have access to additional company benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing development projects, from site identification to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Support the development of project timelines and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential development opportunities.
  • Assist in securing planning permissions and liaising with local authorities, planning consultants, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and customers.
  • Assist in preparing and managing development budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in property development, real estate, or construction is beneficial but not essential.
  • Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and property finance is advantageous.
