Job Overview

Red Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Development Manager to join our team in Property Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success from initial concept to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
  • Liaise with local authorities and key stakeholders to navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals.
  • Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property development, real estate, or construction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, or property finance is advantageous.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about real estate.
  • Thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges.
