Job Title: Graduate Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Development Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Graduate Development Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the development process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing development projects, from site identification to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Support the development of project time lines and monitor progress against key milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in property development, real estate, or construction is beneficial but not essential.
  • Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and property finance is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, market trends, and planning requirements.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly.
