Join Our Team as a Graduate Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Development Manager to join our team at Red Personnel. As a Graduate Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development process from initial concept to final handover.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project success by supporting every phase of development.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
  • Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.
