Key Responsibilities:
  • Support every phase of development, from site identification to project handover.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to ensure projects are financially sound.
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to navigate planning and statutory approvals.
  • Manage key relationships and ensure clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property development, real estate, or construction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, or property finance is advantageous.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about real estate.
  • Thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges.
