Job Summary

Hays Construction and Property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Oversee the work of sub-contractors and ensure they are meeting the required standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in site management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications
