Property Manager Opportunity in Cambridge

Dove and Hawk is partnering with a high-end agency to find a skilled Property Manager to lead their Cambridge office. This is an excellent chance for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of let residential properties, ensuring efficient handling of issues and effective communication with tenants and landlords.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, providing detailed reports and advising on necessary repairs and upgrades.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to negotiate check-out agreements and ensure timely return of deposits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates on maintenance and accounts matters.
  • Identify opportunities for property upgrades and refurbishment, coordinating between-tenancy work to maximize landlord income.
  • Utilize CRM systems (REAPIT) to maintain accurate property and tenant records.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance information and best practices in property management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am - 3:00pm. Salary: £30,000.
