About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including booking and conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
- Resolve rental arrears, process eviction requests, and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong telephone manner and IT skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience.
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
- A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
- Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year.
- Company Car.
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day-in-lieu).
