About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Services Administrator to join our team. As a Property Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Log issues and quote requests on our internal system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and provide regular updates.
  • Deal with queries and chase for updates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to colleagues during busy periods, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
  • Ensure Service Centre KPIs are met, contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service-based environment, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, with high levels of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
