About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UK Property Management Lead to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent Mandarin language skills.

The role requires the ability to supervise residential properties, establish policies and lease agreements, create and manage budgets, track rent collection and outstanding payments, and stay up-to-date on UK property regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
