About the Job

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering cost management of planned maintenance programs for residential dwellings. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management/maintenance contracts, residential projects, and construction/building technologies. They should also be proficient in providing cost management services, including estimating, cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.

Requirements
  1. Experience in asset management/maintenance contracts.
  2. Experience in residential projects and clients.
  3. Strong understanding of construction/building technologies used in maintenance, repair, and improvement of existing residential buildings.
