About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Asset Management and Infrastructure Planning team in the UK. As an Asset Management Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the water sector to become more efficient and effective in delivering their services while protecting the environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of asset management experience preferably in the water sector, with a desire for a long-term career in asset management, becoming a Member of the Institute of Asset Management and managing their own projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting or leading the delivery of asset management advisory projects
  • Writing business cases for clients
  • Supporting asset management capability assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Drafting proposals
  • Data analysis to support project delivery
  • Writing client reports
  • Project and budget management
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
