Residential Property Asset Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Residential Property Asset Manager in our Cambridge office.

Our client is a reputable property company based in the UK with over 100 years of experience. They pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a transparent partnership with clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of properties in Cambridgeshire
- Administering pre-tenancy procedures, including check-in/out, inventory, and deposits
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and best practices
- Acting as central contact for landlords, tenants, and team members during active tenancies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with IT systems and user knowledge of Aspasia is an advantage
Benefits:
The company offers a competitive salary of £32,000-£35,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, pension, private GP, flexible benefits package, and discretionary bonus.
