Residential Property Law Expert

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Law Expert to join our established residential property team in Cambridge.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.

A skilled Residential Property Law Expert with a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of residential property is highly sought after to join our team in Cambridge.

About the Role
  • Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 4 years' experience
  • Strong experience in dealing with own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leases
  • Ability to provide a high level of client service and work within a close-knit team
Key Details

The successful candidate will have a strong technical expertise in advising across the broad spectrum of residential property matters, with a focus on providing a high level of client service.

The salary for this role is estimated to be circa £55,000 plus depending on experience.
