Reach Cambridge is looking for a Residential Summer Educator to lead our academic residential courses and online courses for international teenagers aged 14 to 18 years old.

As a Residential Summer Educator, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering academic subject courses. This requires a PhD or teaching qualification in the chosen subject.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver academic subject courses
  • Organize educational excursions and activities
  • Monitor student behavior and welfare
  • Assist with pastoral care and communicate issues to senior leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40 per hour for in-session teaching time. In addition to your salary, you will also have access to our training sessions and weekly summer lunch meetings to make contacts with other teachers and brainstorm with our experienced team.
