This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. With a strong workflow of residential property matters, we are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of residential property law.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional client service and work collaboratively within our close-knit team. As a leading practice, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where staff can achieve a good work-life balance. Our hybrid working model allows for a minimum of 3 days in the office, providing the flexibility you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, and leases
  • Provide technical expertise in advising across the broad spectrum of residential property law
  • Work closely with clients to deliver a fantastic level of service
